Last year, RCBC's financial inclusion app DiskarTech partnered with Flash in engaging with market vendors and community shopkeepers during the launch of the Paleng-QR Ph initiative of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas in Bohol and Davao City.
With its team of agents, Flash helped convert initial interest into lasting commitment by onboarding merchants and clients for DiskarTech's digital financial services on-site.
This personalized approach allowed Flash to build strong relationships with customers and create a more meaningful experience for them. Moreover, Flash also produced marketing materials for RCBC DiskarTech, including storefront signages and other collaterals, to further enhance the impact of the event and create a consistent and memorable brand image.

“Promoting financial inclusion is part of our mission to create more innovations for those who normally don’t have access to banks. Inclusion means realizing the dreams of every Filipino by bringing finance services closer to every barangay,“ RCBC Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation and Inclusion Officer Lito Villanueva said during the event.
“Palengke (or the market) is the perfect representation of the Filipino’s diskarte (or hustle). It is just fitting to include and prioritize palengke entrepreneurs in our journey in fast-tracking digital payment adoption in the country,” Villanueva added.
